This template allows you to create forms broken into several panels with groups of fields. Transition from one to another panel is driven by buttons or direct links in a very simple nav bar.

Transitions between panels can be animated with effects that are implemented using just CSS.

A few of Javascript are needed just for navigating between subforms, validate data and send the form to the action script.

In demo pages the action script returns the data has received from the form.

Multi Step Form is built on Bootstrap 5.1, some CSS and javascript.
